3. Entry Methods

Participants can enter prize draws via two methods:

3.1 Online Entry (Paid Entry via Website)

  • Participants can enter prize draws by purchasing entries on our official website: https://heritageiconicdraws.com/.
  • Each prize draw will specify the cost per entry, maximum number of entries per person, and entry deadline.
  • Once a purchase is completed, an email confirmation will be sent to the participant.
  • Paid entries are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • All entries must be submitted before the deadline specified on the draw page. Any entries received after this period will not be counted.

3.2 Free Postal Entry

Heritage Iconic Draws offers a free entry route via postal submission.

3.2.1 How to Enter via Post

To enter a prize draw for free, participants must first create an account on the website via the my account page. The account must be updated with the following details via the account details and addresses pages respectively:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Shipping address

Then participants must send a postal entry to the following address:

Heritage Iconic Draws Free Entry
RAE Management LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ

3.2.2 Postal Entry Requirements

Each postal entry must include the following handwritten details on an A4 sheet of paper:

  1. Full Name (as it appears on official identification)
  2. Full Postal Address
  3. Email Address (used for winner notifications)
  4. Contact Telephone Number

  6. Confirmation of agreement to these Terms & Conditions (e.g., “I confirm that I have read and agree to the Heritage Iconic Draws Terms and Conditions”)
3.2.3 Postal Entry Rules
  • One postal entry per envelope: Each postal entry must be submitted separately in its own stamped envelope. Bulk or multiple entries in the same envelope will not be accepted.
  • Website account creation: to ensure that we can match up each postal entry with the right participant we require all participants to create an account on our website before submitting postal entries. All details on the account and the postal entry must match. Postal entries without matching accounts will not be counted.
  • Postage & Delivery Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure their entry is correctly addressed, stamped, and arrives with Heritage Iconic Draws before the drawโ€™s closing date. Heritage Iconic Draws is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt of entry to a Draw.
  • Postal Entry Deadline: Postal entries must be received before the drawโ€™s closing date, not just sent by the deadline. Any late entries will not be counted.
  • Incomplete or ineligible postal entries will not be entered into the draw.
3.2.4 Equal Treatment of Paid and Free Entries

All valid entries, whether submitted via paid online entry or free postal entry, are treated equally in the prize draw. Each entryโ€”regardless of methodโ€”has an equal chance of winning.
